Everything ready for Alvaro and I to proceed with the software configuration and calibration of the inertial sensors over the weekend. The total weight of the aircraft with (32) batteries + the pilot is 175kg; that is, 5 kg less than estimated. In this vehicle, the motors will rotate at a lower average speed than the previous prototype since we are using larger propellers. We changed the propellers from 32" to 40" in order to obtain a more optimized relationship between length and pitch, according to what was found available in the market. We hope not to decrease the responsiveness of the flight controls on this new RPM range.
